Krav Maga Bristol Trial Class £7
Krav Maga Bristol Trial Class: Two hours group coaching with a professional instructor.
Krav Maga Bristol offers Trial Krav Maga classes on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesday evenings. We have 3 places available each evening for Trial Lessons for those interested in Krav Maga. Trial classes can be booked (where available), up to 3 hrs before the class.
Krav Maga Bristol Trial Class: What do I bring
We send full instructions and kit list with each booking. We advise you wear sports type clothing and bring at least 1 litre of fluids to class. A towel is a definite bonus as you will sweat and bring something warm to put on afterwards.
Krav Maga Bristol Trial Class: What if I am unfit
We have no pre-training fitness requirements, we will work with you where you are. We will work you hard but within your limits. Most people starting Krav Maga do so to get fit, confident and loose weight. It’s going to be hard work, but the benefits will soon outweigh the ‘sweat equity’ you pay in class. As long as you are healthy we can work with you.
Krav Maga Bristol Trial Class: What if I’ve never done any combat sports
No problem. We start with a clean slate, no bad habits to cure. Krav Maga is probably the fastest system to learn due to it’s emphasis on simplicity and instinctive movements.
Krav Maga Bristol Trial Class: What will I learn
Each month has a different theme, you could cover stand up, weapons survival, using improvised weapons, fighting from the ground or robbery type scenarios. Don’t worry though, each lesson is structured to be a stand alone class and we take you through everything you need to know. Withing 15 minutes you’ll be training like you were born to it.
Krav Maga Bristol Trial Class: Will I get hurt
Krav Maga is a contact sport so there is always a potential risk. However although Krav Maga is demanding it is relatively safe and compares favourably to football or rugby with injuries being comparatively rare.
Krav Maga Bristol Trial Class: Am I to old
Krav Maga training is demanding, the key determingfactor is not age but whether you like to train hard. If you dont like to train hard, 20 is to old. If you like to train hard and sensibly 60 is not to old. Our advice is try it and find out for yourself.
Krav Maga Bristol Tria Class: Will I be pressurised to join or sign a contract
No. As professional coaches, our business is built around relationships not contracts. We hope you enjoy the training, but if you dont thats ok too. Krav Maga is demanding and is not to everyones taste. We are always happy to reccomend other systems and schools in Bristol.
Krav Maga Bristol trial Class: How much is training if I join
Training costs between £40 and £59 a month depending on how often you train. We process payments via Direct Debit and do not take per lesson payments.
