Krav Maga Bristol offers Authentic Israeli Krav Maga. Because of Krav Maga's growth and popularity, a number of copycat systems emerged claiming to be either Krav Maga or simmilar. Krav Maga is the only system taught in the Israeli military, not Kapap, not Lotar and not Commando Krav Maga. These copycat systems came later and were founded by individuals outside of the IDF and Krav Maga and were attempting to cash in on Krav Maga and its reputation.

Professional Coaching in Krav Maga

The Krav Maga Bristol Instructor is Paul Grey. Paul is the Master Instructor at the British Krav Maga Association and is responcible for Instructor training at the Association. Paul has a 'martial arts career' going back to 1971 and was originally trained by Eyal Yanilov. Paul holds 4 Black belts, 3 seperate instructing certifications and is a certified Personal Trainer, and MMA conditioning coach. Paul has taught every Krav Maga Instructor in the South West of the UK and the Bristol area.
